Today I’m tackling a tough topic: erectile dysfunction. ED can be hard (pun intended) to talk about; it’s a deeply personal issue and can feel very embarrassing. But let me ease your worries, while not normal ED is surprisingly common, and there are heaps of methods to help treat it.

What Is Erectile Dysfunction?

Erectile Dysfunction, aka ED or impotence, is the inability to get or keep an erection. It can affect up to 50% of men aged 40 to 70.
