Terms and Conditions for Scratch and Win Promotion
- Eligibility: 1.1. The “Scratch and Win Promotion” (the “Promotion”) is open to all legal residents of Australia, aged 18 years or older, excluding employees and their immediate family members of Azula Holdings and its affiliated companies.
- Promotion Period: 2.1. The Promotion begins on 01/01/2024 at 12:00 AM and ends on 30/01/2025 at 11:59 PM AEST.
- How to Participate: 3.1 Participants will receive a scratch-off card as a giveaway, which will reveal an instant prize or a chance to enter a drawing for a grand prize. 3.3. To claim their prize, participants must visit their local Harlots location to redeem any prize won. 3.4. Only one Scratch and win card can be used per booking.
- Prizes: 4.1. The Promotion offers a variety of prizes, including but not limited to: – Instant win prizes – Entry into a drawing for a grand prize 4.2. The value and nature of the prizes will be specified on the scratch-off card and promotional materials. 4.3. All prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Grand Prize Drawing: 5.1. If the scratch-off card indicates that the participant has won entry into a grand prize drawing, the participant will be entered into the drawing to be held on 30/09/2024. 5.2. The grand prize winner will be selected at random and notified via the contact information provided. 5.3. Only one entry per participant per day
- Winners’ Responsibilities: 6.1. All winners must respond to notification within 7 days from the date of notification.
- General Conditions: 7.1. Azula Holdings Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances or technical difficulties. 7.2. By participating, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Azula Holdings Pty Ltd, which are final and binding. 7.3. Azula Holdings Pty Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to violate these Terms and Conditions or engaging in fraudulent or inappropriate behavior. 7.4. Azula Holdings Pty Ltd is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
- Privacy: 8.1. Personal information provided by participants will be used in accordance with Azula Holdings Pty Ltd’s privacy policy.

- “$50 off an Hour Booking” – To redeem participants must book a minimum of an hour standard booking valued at $350 to receive $50 off 8.1. Only one Scratch and win card can be used per booking. 8.2 Scratch and win card can only be used once and must be surrendered once used
- “Free Dungeon upgrade on an Hour Booking” – To redeem participants must book a minimum of an hour standard booking to receive the free upgrade to the Dungeon, 12.1 Free upgrade does not include any BDSM service 12.2. Free upgrade does not include any extra services by the service provider
- “Free upgrade to VIP Room on an Hour Booking” – To redeem participants must book a minimum of an hour standard to receive the free upgrade to the VIP Room, 13.1 Free upgrade does not include any extra services by the service provider
- “Free upgrades” are applicable only when the room is available, “Free upgrade” can not be guaranteed upon visit
By participating in the Scratch and Win Promotion, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
