This year\u2019s Adult Industry Choice Awards<\/em> (AICA) is drawing close. Harlots Canberra is nominated for two awards, \u2018Best Brothel\u2019 and \u2018Best Escort Agency\u2019, so we thought we would tell you all about it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

History<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Sebastian Ryan founded the AICA five years ago. His experience and knowledge of both the adult industry and event management made it the perfect venture. In the five years since its inception, it has grown and evolved into the industry’s \u201cnight of nights\u201d. The awards up for grabs range from individual awards, like best touring escort or content creator, to awards for parlours and brothels. But it\u2019s not just an awards night, it\u2019s also an opportunity to network, build community and celebrate.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2025, Ryan stepped back to pursue other passions. Million Billion Media<\/a> then acquired the AICA. They plan to bring forth a new era of sophistication and inclusion to the awards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What To Expect & What To Expect<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

This year’s award ceremony will take place on November 30th at the Brisbane Showgrounds and will be hosted by Rob Mills. Tickets for the awards cost $399 (with a discount to industry workers) and include red carpet arrival, a three-course meal, an all-evening drinks package and a premium gift bag plus complimentary entry to the SXhibition all weekend. If you can\u2019t afford to make the trip to Brisbane, there are also live-streaming tickets for only $27, so you can watch the awards night from wherever you are. How To Vote<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Voting for the AICA is still open until midnight on November 25th. You can vote every day for your favourite industry superstars, and you don\u2019t have to vote for every category.  I recommend voting for Harlots Canberra for \u2018Best Brothel\u2019 and \u2018Best Escort Agency\u2019, but I could be a bit biased.
